Peter Jacob Maltz's Studio

A show i have curated will be exhibited from the 27th of may at Minshar Gallery, TLV. I invited 11 artists to a two day trip, the trip took place on the way to jerusalem ( Shaar HAguy). we created on the way, spoke and ate well. we slept at my dear friends - the benedictine monastry in abu gosh. The artists and my self created work inspired from this trip and will exhibit it. I wanted to created a show which grow organically and as a joint experience of all artists. there will be paintings, sculptures, videos and photographs. I have created a relief for the show titled - " on the way to jerusalem". it is made of copies taken form the nature around.

I have the honour to exhibit at the Adi Foundation exhibition that will take place from the 25th of may, Artist`s house, Jerusalem. The topic of the show is - crisis and healing. I will exhibit the work "DAD", 9 ink drawings on parchment which build up a story related to my dad, the loss of my brother and faith.

An exhibiton of mine will take place at the International authors fesitval, in Jerusalem during 2-7 of may. I will be exhibiting a work consisting of 10 drawings. the work is titled " My book Shelf" and is based on my personal experiences while reading 9 different books that influenced my life. the work is a bibliographical - autibiography.
